it depends on who the audience is, who is paying you? For example,at a university - if hiring process is based on student evaluations, then, the students are the paying component, do you give a lesson thats "too hard" to get gd grades? etc; If its a general public online lesson, then, you must have a good portion of your talk available for anybody, and reserve maybe 10, to 15percent, hard stuff, this is for the students who are willing to work, and curious. Its like a night bus, night bus are not the same as a day bus, day bus is for the general public, night bus is for the few who really need and could benefit from having night bus service. So, i would say, you still have easy access info plus some tougher subjects. Just like in high school math classes, you could do all the exercises but at the end of the lesson, there are some v tough math questions, sometimes even teachers cannot solve. But the questions are there, and there will be one or two students who bother to try to solve them. From the teacher's side, its also important to be interested by more curious students and not all regular students. Teacher will benefit for those outliers so to speak.

if you want your father to stay w you, food etc, how about get someone to have lunch w
him? Isnt it cheaper to eat well and enjoy company instead of having malnutrition, feeling weak? At a certain age, eating and enjoying time is the most valuable thing you could do. Give your father something to do and let him know that he earned it? And the earning comes w a food package! :)

There is a movie call "pulp fiction" w John Travolta and Harvey Keitel, Keitel plays a character, he is a problem solver, each problem gets a solution! And he had a pile of dollars, everything is easily solved. That is a job i really want to do, when i hear of people problems, I think how could we solve this? :)
