Day 69 - 2march2022 - Diy singing challenge "Qiu Yi Nong"
and other tunes, "I will survive" Gloria Gaynor, "My Funny Valentine" Chet Baker, "You are my first, my last, my everything" Barry White, "Ruby Tuesday" Rolling Stones, "Maria" Leonard Bernstein and others not in any order for now.
These are all sketches of the various song, from doing the sketch, i could see so many areas that I could tweak. Great music, I printed out the lyrics, and will work on it. But singing is a slow process because your vocal cordes are tiny muscles, you cant work on it like a brutal "work out". At least that is what i think. Must be careful says my choir teacher, take care of your voice. Pros have been singing since 5 or 10 or whatever age, thats a lot of building up of singing practice. :) Aretha Franklin is one of my favorites, Gloria Gaynor, Camille, and many others. It is in singing their tunes that i discovered, singing has so much nuance, textures and layers of expressions, what sounds simple, is really not.
