Would this be useful for improving air output capacity? Let's try and see.

have not practiced singing QYN for several wks, here we are...

First, I introduce a new tool for breathing training, a version of this object was shown to me by a friend Amy S on fb.

After research, i learnt that to train lung capacity, you are to do the exercise w this 10x per hour. (for post lung surgery patients )

I am just doing it to see if I could increase my lung capacity.

At present, my capacity is at 1500 to 2000 depending on how focused I am.

More later.

I think i know how to do it up to 2000. I must push and use all the muscles around diaphramme ( the part around wait just above hip bone) If i dont, i only can get up to 1700. max

I did it 3 or 4x per hour, for maybe 2 or 3 hrs.  Total:  12x yesterday
