Fine grain salt baked 45mn- 50mn

I was not thinking when I opened the salt baked piece
It was still v hot and I saw immediately that I had been too hasty and not thinking. It was deformed by my touch. The piece was like a piece of jelly

I quickly left it alone to cool as is.
As a result there is a deformation
But it became v strong
the shape is v nice too
However, the idea is to measure change, so i had not a usable model as I had deformed the original shape

SG Poem 7nov2020 new version 8nov2020

How to write a poem, even if you have never really written poems before.

Any child could write a wonderful poem, including adult-child.

Here is an example

Transformation of an original old poem; the old poem was edited by a friend J,  J was inspired by the old poem to write his version.

I edited it further.

And further, and it became this.

Food, Seafood (dont waste the bre's)

Food, Seafood (dont waste the bre's)

Report by food expert 🙂
This is the new Auchan that we discovered.
We saw giant crabs on sale, when we got to our neighbourhood Auchan, the guy says (An asian) that they never received the shipment, none. But he told me, at FSB, they have them and the sale will be over by tonight. hahah
So we drove to the FSB one, which is about the same distance (2km away), huge Auchan, new renovation, giant wood ceiling structure inside, beautiful, v pleasant lighting, and because it is so big, they have this promotion offers, if you buy 2 packs of Lindt choco balls, you get to make a lucky draw - the prize is a really pretty cute, customised Lindt choco bicycle!! Aiya, i almost bought some just to enter the contest! But i didnt. The promoter all the same gave out choco balls to every one who stopped and looked. You dont see this at the other Auchan, which is already quite big. The big, the huge, the monsters win.
But after this visit, we decided to go to this new Auchan now, since its got everything
Macquereau is v gd, and crabs and shrimps...one of the vendor behind is Asian, a handsome yg man tall and smart, he said, ok, crab, 3, ok, female, yes, he chose 3 fat female crabs for me, and? fish? yes, macquereau and sardines are also fresh and gd, so some sardines, 16 sardines please, and ... shrimps, he asked? No server has ever asked like this in any of the Auchans / supermarkets previously, but this one, i think he knew what Asians like to eat, he has put together a seafood menu for you !!
haha, of course, i bought 500grams just to please his efforts. It was all v gd.
We have forgotten about the seafood section for a while;
I remembered this because, we were at a small town and the hotel had a kitchen in our room! so, its a seaside town, we went to the supermarket, and the stingrays were on sale, too good!
Got butter and garlic, quick sear, one side and then the other. OMG, we over looked our fish section for so long!!!
So we started to eat more fish now.
Best seafood months are the ones w "bre" - this means, sept, oct, nov, dec
after that, seafood is not so sumptuous anymore
Toronto should have gd lobsters... too bad, cant travel, well just saw yesterday online that Canada might replace the quarantine measure with some health test something, if thats the case, things would ease up, economy will go up.

Brazil Event - MobileMusic - covid now and in the future

for the online International Art Event on Covid and the Future

Shuengit 2020 "covid 19+Future", Brazil, 2020

Artist:  Shuengit Chow 2020 + MobileMusic House

Since covid19, due to worldwide quarantine and lockdown, I stayed home and have had much more time to think about life and art.  Listened to a lot of audio books, and the ones that seem most attractive to me are all human related.

I read great story tellers and listened to their voices : Doris Lessing, Edith Wharton, Fitzgerald, Malcolm Gladwell, Nabokov, Werner Herzog, all great human story tellers.  They seem timeless, human details, how a human being thinks.

What prospects do we have for a better future?  If we could take time to think about the short time we have on earth, say 100 years, we will all come to pass, what could we pass on to the people after us?  I would think how about a natural clean environment?  Clean air, good water, and a slow way of life, no need to have so much efficient artificial intelligence.  Computers and smart phones already started to form our way of life – we live in templates of presets.   We already reformed our way of thinking to facilitate the new computer ways of working.  Deal with paying bills – online – banking – food purchase etc etc all are regulated as per template preset due to automatic functions of these administrative tasks.  The preset templates are not only administration oriented but have already affected all things which used to have a softer edge, where we could ask a human so we could negotiate, customize finer details.

How about  re-orientations of mindsets, some re-sets for the future?

What is my art?  I like customization, create esthetic scenarios for people. I need growth, unlimited variations and surprises.

Today, I took a walk in the woods, and I found two huge cepes mushrooms, they are giant size!  How come we cannot have these regulated and grown according to pre-determined locations?  They are allowed to appear wherever they please and we to pick them when we have the luck to do so.  They say wild plants are wild because you cannot grow them, they just choose to grow where they wish.

I wish we could have more wildness.  Could our future allow for this?  A little bit more wildness?

My “MobileMusic” house is made from a collection of randomly collected cans from around the world.  Like the mushrooms we find in the forest, we don’t know where and when we will find them.  The work grows, evolves, marking time, exists as a contemporary time stamp.
